If you’re ready to use your skills to make a real difference, we want you on our team!**Be the Voice of Hope – Become a Foster Family Services Consultant in Tallahassee, FL!****Starting Pay:** $20-23/hour Based on Experience **Full-Time** **Shifts:** Primarily weekdays with on-call rotation (some early mornings/evenings required)**Benefits You’ll Enjoy:**• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance – Affordable, with free services at Boys Town Clinics • 401(k) with 100% Match – Up to 6% of your salary • Generous Paid Time Off – Vacation, sick time, and holidays • Tuition Assistance – Continue your education while making an impact • Employee Assistance Program – Free support for you and your family • Company-Paid Life & Disability Insurance**What You’ll Be Doing:**• Coordinate foster care placements and develop individualized service plans • Set and evaluate short- and long-term goals for each child • Monitor and support foster families through regular visits and training • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and community professionals • Respond to client emergencies and assist in reunification or aftercare services**Who We’re Looking For:**• Bachelor's in Human Services or related field • 1+ year experience working with children and families • Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of job required. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required. • Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws required. • Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.**Physical & Safety Requirements:**• Ability to work in high-stress situations and diverse environments • Must travel to homes and community settings, including those with pets or poor living conditions**Change lives.
