HHA / ESCORT JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Works one-on-one with a patient to manage their immediate needs while freeing medical staff to treat others in their care.
- Your duties include the transport of a patient from one unit or location to another.
- You may also transfer individuals from a wheelchair to a bed and vice versa.
Requirements:
- Updated physical form
- Updated PPD/QuantiFERON
- MMRV lab works
- 1 valid ID
- Social security card copy
- Resume
- HHA certificate
