• Hybrid schedule with mostly telehealth and periodic in-person SNF visits
• Regional Medical Director role overseeing psychiatric care in long-term care settings
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Focus on geriatric and medically frail populations in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, GDR assessments, and crisis consultations
• Primary EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation tools being implemented
• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply
• DEA required; geriatric psychiatry fellowship experience a plus
