Our approach is individualized, play-based, and focused on meaningful outcomes for children and their families. We value collaboration across disciplines and strive to create a supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally while providing high-quality care.What You'll Do:Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on each client's needs and goalsConduct assessments and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions and measure progressProvide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to ABA Supervisors and Direct StaffReview client data and modify programs as clinically appropriateConduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill development across settingsCommunicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members regarding client progress and treatment recommendationsParticipate in team meetings, IEPs, and other collaborative meetings as appropriateEnsure accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and recordsMonitor treatment progress, utilization, and service delivery to support continuity and quality of careProvide direct clinical services as needed based on client and program needsSupport the development of social, communication, adaptive, and behavioral skills through evidence-based ABA practicesMaintain compliance with BACB standards, professional requirements, and company policiesStay current with evidence-based practices and continuing educationCollaborate with our multidisciplinary team of ABA, OT, and Speech professionalsMaintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients, families, and staffWhat We're Looking For:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification through the BACBAbility to maintain all required professional credentials and certificationsStrong clinical judgment and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with children with autism and related developmental disabilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionalsOrganized, dependable, and able to manage a clinical caseload effectivelyCommitment to individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based careAbility to pass a background checkPreferred Qualifications:1+ year of BCBA experienceExperience supervising and mentoring ABA staffExperience working in a pediatric or multidisciplinary therapy settingExperience with social skills programming and caregiver trainingBilingual English/SpanishPerks + Benefits:Multidisciplinary team collaboration with ABA, OT, and Speech cliniciansSupportive clinical leadership and mentorshipFlexible schedulingCareer advancement opportunitiesProfessional development assistanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance (FT ONLY)Paid time off (FT ONLY)Paid sick leave401k retirement planReferral bonus programTypical Schedule:Monday-Friday in-clinicFull-Time
