Key Responsibilities of the RN – Behavioral Health
- Manage BH admissions and discharges efficiently
- Conduct Lead RN resources classes provided
- Float to other inpatient adult BH units as required
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients with varied mental health issues
Requirements of the RN – Behavioral Health
- Current BLS certification
- CPI Certification or Calm Every Storm Certification
- 1 year of current Behavioral Health experience
- Strong Behavioral Health inpatient experience preferred
