Sales Representative

Job Title

Client is seeking quality candidates who fit the company culture and can grow with the business long-term.

Strong preference for candidates with construction materials, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, interior finishes, or home improvement sales experience.

Business development experience is highly desired, as generating new clients and projects will be a major focus.

Candidate must be professional, organized, self-driven, and comfortable working directly with homeowners and builders.

Strong consultative selling and customer service skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience with design software is a plus but not required.
