Technical Program Manager (Ad Tech)

Technical Program Manager
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex Ad Tech initiatives. The role is focused on delivery governance, dependency management, stakeholder coordination, and execution across engineering, ad operations, analytics, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of multi-team Ad Tech programs.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Own program governance, milestones, and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors.
- Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentation.
- Gather business requirements and support requirement translation.
- Coordinate UAT activities and release readiness.
- Ensure Agile and SDLC best practices across program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology programs.
- Strong Ad Tech or Ad Operations systems experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong SDLC and Agile delivery experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering and analytics teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management.
- Experience with delivery governance and dependency management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with data, analytics, and advertising platforms.
