Entry-level associate specialist position in supply chain management at Merck's West Point, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to analyze demand forecasts and historical sales trends
• Monitor supply plans and manage demand/supply imbalances through exception management tools
• Maintain data accuracy in demand and supply planning systems; participate in sales and operations planning
• Manage finished goods inventory, replenishment activities, and on-time in-full delivery to customers
• Support demand fulfillment planners and lead process improvement initiatives for assigned product lines

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain/logistics, pharmacy, engineering, biotechnology, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Data analysis and inventory management capabilities
• Preferred: 1+ year supply chain, operations, or demand planning experience
• Preferred: APICS certification or Kinaxis Rapid Response platform experience

Compensation: $65,100–$102,500 base
