Client Services Operations Analyst

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Services Operations Analyst will interact with multiple departments to manage billing operations, analyze reports, and prepare presentations to support operational improvements. Key responsibilities Monitor and analyze reports and metrics to identify trends and communicate findings Collaborate with leadership and various departments to implement action plans and resolve issues Assist in new start implementations and provide support for multiple client contracts and locations Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college coursework is highly desirable A minimum of two years of experience in a related leadership or analytical role Prior experience in a medical office and familiarity with billing operations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and reports
