Full Strength Physical Therapy is hiring a full‑time staff‑level Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic and sports clinic in Old Town Alexandria, VA. About Full Strength Physical Therapy Full Strength Physical Therapy is a PT‑owned, community‑driven private practice with locations in Alexandria, Arlington, and Springfield, VA. Rated number one on Yelp and Google in Alexandria and recognized as a 2023 Alexandria Chamber of Commerce Best in Business finalist, the practice is built around a single purpose: empowering every patient to perform at full strength on the field, in the gym, and in everyday life. About the Role You will treat a caseload of general orthopedics (approximately 70%) and sports (approximately 30%) across all age groups, seeing 11 to 12 patients per day. Manual therapy and functional exercise are at the core of the clinical approach. The clinic is centrally located near King Street Station in Old Town Alexandria, directly across Duke Street from Whole Foods. Free underground parking in the building garage is provided. Schedule Monday through Friday only. No weekends. No holidays required. The weekly schedule runs two days from 7am to 3:30pm, two days from 11:30am to 8pm, and Fridays rotating between 7am to 3:30pm and 10am to 6:30pm. Compensation Starting at $80,000 per year, increasing based on experience and productivity. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance with the clinic covering 90% of employee premiums and 50% for dependents, beginning the first of the month after your start date. 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 4% of gross salary, eligible after one year. Continuing education minimum of $1,500 per year plus unlimited access through Medbridge, with additional CEU funding available. OCS and SCS board prep tracks and residency pathways available. 15 days PTO annually. Six paid holidays including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. 50% of APTA dues covered. Malpractice insurance provided. Paid underground parking in the building garage. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
