As a PCA, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAssist with patient laundry when necessary./liliProvide medication reminders./liliEnsure patient safety./liliReport significant changes in the patients condition directly to their supervisor./liliPrepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required./liliMonitor and record patient temperature./liliAssist patients with ambulation./liliConduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities./liliMaintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols./liliFollow privacy policies and infection control guidelines./liliOffer bathing assistance./liliPerform light housekeeping./liliProvide companion services, including letter-writing and reading./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust be 18 years of age or older./liliPossess a valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance./liliPreferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience./liliAbility to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided./liliCurrent CPR certification./liliComply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliComprehensive health insurance./liliDental insurance./liliVision insurance./liliCompetitive weekly pay ($13 - $15/hr.)/liliOvertime pay./liliHoliday pay./liliFlexible work schedule./liliDirect Deposit./li/ul/div
