The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. If you're looking for a challenging but supportive environment, we welcome you to submit your application for consideration.

Momofuku's first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.

We are looking for Servers to join the opening front of the house team at our location in Washington DC!

Some things you'll be doing:

Anticipate guest needs
Communicate front of the house needs effectively to both front of the house and back of the house teams
Provide attentive, warm and personable service
Speak knowledgeably on menu items and recommendations with enthusiasm!
Stay updated on menu changes and specials
Ensure guests receive the Momofuku dining experience!

At least 2 years of previous serving experience
Must possess exceptional work ethic and a collaborative attitude
Exceptional communication, service and floor skills
Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
Basic food and beverage knowledge preferred
High volume restaurant experience preferred
A passion for food & hospitality!
