Job Description

  Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
  
  



• 
  Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area.
  
  



• 
  Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
  
  



• 
  Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
  
  



• 
  Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms.
  
  



• 
  Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last.
  
  



• 
  Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation.
  
  



• 
  Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 
  2+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or account management
  
  



• 
  Experience prospecting and developing new business.
  
  



• 
  A proven ability to close deals and deliver against targets.
  
  



• 
  A track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
  
  



• 
  Motivation to build a long?term career in sales and recruitment.
  
  



• 
  A BA or BS degree preferred
  
  



• 
  A coachable, adaptable approach and a genuine curiosity about people and business.
