Key Responsibilities Inspire memorable experiences by providing top‑notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs. Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell product offerings. Deliver freshly prepared menu items to guests, all while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency. Process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely. Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance. Conduct opening/closing duties and cash handling.
