As the Lonoke, AR sister clinic to ProMotion Physical Therapy, our clinicians hold advanced certifications like dry needling, BFR, LSVT BIG, WorkSTEPS®, and vestibular/concussion specialization, with hands-on support from ownership to keep growing. Compensation Package This role pays $60,000-$80,020 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

- Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
- A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associates from an accredited program
- Arkansas PTA license, or eligibility for one
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
- Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
