Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Maintenance Department – Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

• Preventative Maintenance – Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

• Budget & Resource Management – Balance cost control with quality results.

• Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff toward success.

• Safety & Compliance – Maintain compliance with all safety codes and healthcare regulations.

• Vendor Relations – Coordinate with HVAC contractors and other vendors for specialized projects and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management , preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.

• Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

• Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management .
