Lean and Automation Engineer/Development Engineer

Job Overview:

Seeking a hands-on Lean & Automation Engineer/ Development Engineer with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to drive continuous improvement and automation projects within an FDA-regulated OSD manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience , including at least 2 years supporting OSD/tableting or compression operations .
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, OEE, Statistical Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis .
• Proven experience personally executing waste-reduction, continuous improvement, or automation projects .
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel, SQL, SAP, MES/EBR, or manufacturing analytics platforms preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong Green Belt candidates with proven project delivery will be considered.
• Strong understanding of GMP, data integrity, safety, quality, change control, and validation requirements .
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and project ownership skills.
