Client: Banking And Finance
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-9 months
Pay Range: $60 to $65/hr Must Haves:
- 7+ years software engineering (production-grade systems)
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- 2+ years hands-on building AI/ML applications (LLMs preferred)
- Python experience
- Experience designing end-to-end scalable solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms
- Integration experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or internal workflow tools
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions
- Experience in regulated environments (security, risk, governance)
- Background working in large, matrixed organizations
- Product-oriented mindset (UX + business impact focus)
