Your opportunityThis is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting the Chief of Staff (People) and wider leadership team. You’ll help translate priorities into execution - connecting strategy, operations and communications to ensure the function runs effectively. You’ll work across senior stakeholders, contribute to key leadership forums (including ExCo), and play a critical role in delivering the People strategy for the firm. Executive & leadership support: Support the Chief of Staff in driving key priorities across the People function Coordinate ExCo and senior leadership materials (papers, agendas, follow-ups) Track actions and commitments, ensuring delivery against deadlines Business management & operations Support business planning, tracking and reporting across the function Maintain key management information (scorecards, metrics, dashboards) Assist with budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking Help ensure strong governance and control across activities Project coordination & delivery Support delivery of priority projects (e.g. engagement surveys, People initiatives, transformation programmes) Coordinate inputs across teams and ensure alignment to timelines Identify risks and proactively resolve issues Communications & engagement Support internal communications for the People function and leadership updates Help shape clear, consistent messaging across channels Coordinate key events, offsites and leadership forums Stakeholder management Act as a key point of coordination across People, Finance, Communications and other functions Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders Help ensure alignment across competing priorities What to expect when you join our firm Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations Generous Holiday policies Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to Wellhub Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services Unique employee events and programs including a 14er challenge Complimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy Hours Must have skills Experience in a business management, project management, or chief of staff support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with senior stakeholders and/or leadership teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information Highly proactive, with strong problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Nice to have skills Knowledge and experience of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime Supervisory responsibilities No Potential for growth Mentoring Leadership development programs Regular training Career development services Continuing education courses Compensation information The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through July 26, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings.
