Now Hiring: Machine Operator/Forklift Operator – Henderson, KY

People Plus is hiring a Machine Operator/Forklift Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Henderson, KY ! If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Training will take place on 1st or 2nd shift
• After training, employees will transition to 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Perform general labor and production-related tasks.
• Monitor equipment and maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work independently while meeting production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, and forklift experience required .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and kneel throughout the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds .
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
