Board Certified Behavior Analyst (In-Home Aba Therapy)

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide clinical oversight and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children under 18 with autism and other developmental differences.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families, and monitor client progress to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skills-based assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results, client needs, and family goals.
• Design and oversee skill-acquisition, communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, and behavior-reduction programs.
• Collect and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Monitor client progress and recommend appropriate treatment adjustments, transitions, and discharge plans.

Required Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field, consistent with applicable certification requirements.
• Eligibility to provide BCBA services in Georgia and obtain required payer credentials.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment.

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply. Prior post-certification experience is not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 18 with autism or other developmental differences.
• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians.
• Familiarity with insurance-funded ABA services and caregiver training.
• Experience managing a caseload and monitoring treatment outcomes.
• Experience with client acquisition, referral development, or service growth is a plus.
• Interest in contributing to the development of a growing clinical program.

Work Schedule and Caseload

• Approximately 8-12 clients per BCBA.
• Expected workload of 30-40 billable hours per week.
• Primarily in-home services in the Marietta, Georgia area.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to clients' homes.
