Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

*Job Summary* *Maintenance Technician* *Pay:* Based on experience *Location:* On-site *Job Type:* Full-time *Shifts:* 1st Shift *Hours:* Minimum 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm Overtime & occasional weekends *What You'll Do* * Complete daily work orders and check sheets to meet production goals * Perform daily tank testing and operations * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems * Fabricate and weld parts for repairs and improvements * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Support predictive and preventative maintenance programs ✅ What We're Looking For *Required:* * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Basic electrical knowledge * Fabrication experience using hand and power tools * Welding skills (or willingness to learn) * Excellent attendance and reliability * Strong problem-solving and logical thinking * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions precisely and perform physical tasks in an industrial setting *Preferred:* * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel *Benefits & Perks* * Weekly Pay + Weekly Incentive Bonus * Excellent Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Company ESOP = Employee Stock Ownership Plan *Why DRM?* DRM Electrocoat provides the automotive and heavy truck industries with corrosion-resistant coatings for cast components.
