W2 employment | $40 - $54/hour | Flexible Scheduling (This role is primarily remote; however, hybrid opportunities may be available in certain markets. Compensation: This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time. Schedule and flexibility: Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week is required.
