Windmar Solar + Roofing is looking for  experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join our growing team in the Orlando, FL area.

This opportunity is specifically designed for sales professionals who have  prior experience selling residential solar and are confident presenting solar solutions, handling objections, and closing homeowners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous residential solar sales experience required
• Proven ability to close sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home or virtual consultations
• Ability to explain solar financing, savings, and benefits to homeowners
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with homeowners throughout the Orlando area

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

This position is a strong fit for an  experienced solar sales professional, solar consultant, solar advisor, or solar closer who wants the earning potential and flexibility of an independent 1099 sales role.

This is not an entry-level sales position. Previous solar sales experience is strongly preferred.

LOCATION

Orlando, FL and surrounding areas

Candidates should be available to meet for an  in-person interview in the Orlando area .

COMPENSATION

Commission-based 1099 | $2,000–$7,000+ per sale

Earning potential varies based on sales performance.
