Blow Molding Process Technician

Pay: $23-37/hr. (based on experience)

Shifts:

• Days 6:50a-7p (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)
• Nights 6:50p-7a (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)

Description:

• We are seeking skilled Blow Molding Process Technicians for a plastics packaging company in Delavan, WI.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience with blow molding equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and operation
• Experienced with basic computer and iPad operations; including using Microsoft Office programs
• Mechanically inclined, ability to provide own basic tools

Job Duties:

• Set-up and Operate blow-molding machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines
• Perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
• Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies

• Standard & Metric Ball ends L Allen
• Needle Nose Pliers
• Standard ¼ -1 ½ socket set
• ¼ - 1 ½ combination wrench set
• 1/8 -5/8 standard Allen socket
• ½ rachet

You should be proficient in:

• Injection Molding Experience
• Blow Molding Experience
