Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized interventional radiology procedures and support patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Ensure quality imaging and procedural support aligns with medical standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced IR procedures such as embolization, Y-90, and stroke thrombectomy.
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment including Philips biplanes and GE single-plane systems.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to unit policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing and RT staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 6 months of current IR Tech experience.
• Hold active ARRT (R) credential and KS licensure.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in handling stressful cases.
• Exhibit patient care skills with a positive and adaptable attitude.
