Paralegal

Duties Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams Assist with legal case management, including organizing and maintaining case files Conduct document review and analysis Draft and edit legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and organizing trial binders Maintain calendars and schedules for attorneys Perform general clerical tasks, such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing correspondence Requirements Must have knowledge in California law Proven experience working as a paralegal or in a similar role Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures Proficiency in using legal case management software Excellent research and writing skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team *This position is classified as a Paralegal in accordance with California Business & Professions Code §6450.
