Business Management Trainee

That's why every Management Trainee begins with hands-on experience in our retail sales operations, working directly with customers and developing the communication, sales, and leadership fundamentals required to take on greater responsibility. What You'll Learn Throughout the development process, you'll gain hands-on experience in: Sales and customer acquisition Face-to-face customer communication AT&T products and services Goal setting and performance management Leadership and coaching Recruiting fundamentals Business operations Professional communication Performance analysis and accountability As you demonstrate consistency and performance, you'll have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do Initially, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment representing AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include: Engaging with customers and identifying their needs Presenting appropriate products, services, and promotions Developing strong sales and communication skills Working toward individual and team performance goals Participating in daily coaching and development Learning how performance is tracked and improved Collaborating with team members and leadership As you progress, development may expand into areas such as training, team leadership, recruiting, and business operations.
