Must-Have Requirements An active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory for this position. You must possess a minimum of one year of direct emergency room nursing experience, demonstrating proficiency in emergency nursing protocols and patient care procedures. Your background should include experience managing acute and critical patients in high-volume settings. Required clinical competencies include proficiency with intravenous therapy, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and basic life support certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is essential.
