Your Impact:
- Lead & mentor Assistant Clinical Directors and school-based clinicians.
- Develop & oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
- Train & support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
- Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
- Master's (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field.
- BCBA required
- 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
- Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
- Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.
