Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the home health office, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance
• Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and caregiver assignments for home health aides and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate patient records, intake documentation, and electronic health records (EHR)
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health agencies
• Handle billing, insurance verification, and coordination with payors to support revenue cycle management
• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and staff inquiries
• Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance oversight
• Assist with HR functions including onboarding, credentialing, and personnel file management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of office management or administrative experience in a home health, hospice, or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
• Experience with home health billing, coding, or revenue cycle processes preferred
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, compassionate care environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
