Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 Annually


Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with experience supporting investment companies and working within ASC 946. This role will support fund accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of investment funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily trading transactions and prepare month-end reporting
• Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, and compliance reports
• Maintain accurate general ledger records
• Support budgeting and financial planning

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ASC 946
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Fund or investment accounting experience
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of GAAP and Excel
