Senior EHS Manager

The Sr. EHS Manager will lead all environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance while driving a proactive safety culture across the site. This role partners with leadership to implement training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-reliability manufacturing environment. Description Lead and oversee all EHS programs, ensuring full regulatory compliance and workplace safety. Advise leadership on safety strategy, risk mitigation, and environmental compliance initiatives. Conduct audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement and compliance. Develop and deliver EHS training programs and safety procedures across the organization. Maintain safety records, training systems, and equipment to support operational standards. Act as primary contact for regulatory agencies and respond to safety‑related incidents. Profile Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred). 6+ years leadership experience and 8+ years in EHS. Strong background in OSHA and manufacturing safety compliance. Experience leading EHS programs in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of hazardous waste, environmental regulations, and compliance standards preferred. Proven ability to drive safety culture and influence cross‑functional teams. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred). 6+ years leadership experience + 8+ years in EHS. Strong background in OSHA and manufacturing safety compliance.
