DutiesSome of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:Assigns work and provides technical guidance to employees, including assistance with difficult tasks.Communicates expectations, supports management programs, and addresses employee performance, training, and conduct issues.Performs a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, sheetrock installation/repair, finish carpentry, and construction/repair of siding, boardwalks, and tent platforms.Reads and applies building plans, blueprints, and sketches to perform construction tasks.Uses facility management software to document work orders, labor, and material costs.
