EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, Variable Hour Employee

WORK HOURS: 15-40 hours per week. Days, Evenings, Weekends & schedules vary.

PAY RANGE: $19.30 - $24.50 Per Hour including Tips

As a Crew Member , you’ll be the face of Cheba Hut — crafting tasty subs, providing genuine service, and helping create the fun, relaxed atmosphere we’re known for. You’ll:

• Greet customers with personality (no robots allowed!)
• Handcraft food to order while keeping quality and safety first
• Rock the register — take orders, handle cash, and process payments
• Keep the shop fresh: clean as you go and maintain sanitation standards
• Jump in where needed — from prepping fresh ingredients to helping teammates crush the rush

• No experience? No problem. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A great attitude, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-driven environment
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle the hustle of a busy shop

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

• Food safety/handling training (as required by state).

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to work well under physically and mentally stressful situations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stamina to work an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, breads, sauces, and vegetables.
• Overtime may be required.
