Sales Specialist The Home Depot invites qualified applicants to join our team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. You will listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options. By understanding local competitors and communicating HomeDepot’s advantages, you will guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. You will also help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in‑stock levels to support a seamless shopping experience.
