Content Marketer/Merchandiser

Merchandiser – Retail Routinely stock, merchandise, and display beverages and consumer goods in retail accounts across the greater Boston area. Duties include setting up in‑store displays, delivering products, and maintaining product visibility. Key Responsibilities Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products in retail stores. Stock beverages and other retail merchandise, ensuring neat and organized displays. Set up greeting card and branded display units (e.g., cooler/freezer) on a monthly basis. Maintain and refresh displays, including rotating seasonal or promotional items. Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet store needs. Provide on‑site support for store staff during display setup (estimated 2‑6 hours per location). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in retail merchandising, stocking, or a related role preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand standards. Good communication skills and a self‑motivated work ethic. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage range: $16 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and duties. Full‑time positions available with flexible scheduling.
