Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Payroll Operations Specialist will manage complex payroll processing, compliance, and issue resolution while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll outcomes. Key responsibilities Process day-to-day payroll activities efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Handle complex payroll scenarios, including union and expatriate payroll, and perform adjustments for assigned employee populations Lead process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing payroll accuracy and operational efficiency Required qualifications High School Diploma with 7+ years of progressive payroll processing experience Advanced experience in processing large volume payroll for over 10,000 employees Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
