Hand Finisher - Sign on Bonus

STC 4755 E Beautiful Lane Phoenix, AZ 85044, USA *** Effective June 1, 2026 Sign-On Bonus: $2,000. Paid out: 1st half 30 days, and 2nd half in 60 days once on Modern's payroll.*** Duties & Responsibilities: Hand finish a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace and semiconductor industries Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, break edges, and deburr parts in preparation for further finishing Knowledge & Abilities: Ability to use basic deburring and hand-finishing tools, including right angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and air pens (manual and power) Knowledge and proper use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Lee plug installation tools Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required 0–3 years of hand finishing experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend English preferred Physical Requirements: Steady hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to twist/turn upper body as required Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Modern Industries, Inc.
