Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates will be considered
• Previous school-based experience or a strong interest in working in academic settings
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person, focusing on speech, language, and related disorders
• Monitor student progress, provide ongoing documentation, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success across school settings
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
