Pipeline Foreman (Line Division)

Position Description Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a crew in the installation of water and sewer pipelines and related work, operating Backhoes, Track Hoes, and Front End Loaders. They will be responsible for the installation of various types of underground piping, using pipe lasing equipment, grade elevation, reading blueprints & complex diagrams, and proper use of trench shoring equipment. Manual labor may be required, routinely able to lift and move 10-25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Trench safety and general safety certifications are a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead crew in installation of water and sewer pipelines and related work. Operate Backhoes, Track Hoes, and Front End Loaders. Maintain grade using pipe lasing equipment. Read blueprints and complex diagrams to guide work. Use trench shoring equipment appropriately. Perform manual labor, lifting and moving 10-25 pounds routinely and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Follow trench safety and general safety certifications. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in underground pipe utilities. Strong supervisory and communication skills (verbal and written). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Safety-first attitude and strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures. Professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, and the general public. Willingness to travel and work away from home, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions (hot/cold). Ability to read project plans and specifications. Team player. High school diploma or GED preferred.
