Salary: $23.30/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To: Behavioral Health Director

Summary:  This position will perform brief screening, assessment and referral of new or existing patients. Schedule and meet with new clients for Brief Service Consultations to further assess the client and provide recommendations for subsequent services. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work or closely related field; One (1) year current work experience in the mental health field to include triage and case management work with one (1) year experience working with alcohol and drug abuse. An equivalent of education and experience may be considered.
• A pre-employment case study must be completed prior to interview. 
• A pre-employment test must be completed prior to interview

• Must provide a copy of diploma, license, degree, or certification upon employment.
• May complete a pre-employment assessment prior to hire.
• Employees are required to have proof of seasonal influenza vaccination; medical or religious exemption may be requested upon hire.  
• Background information disclosure (BID) form.
