Description Mud Bay’s Store Staff are the heart of Mud Bay. They are flexible, friendly, and focused on providing an outstanding experience to everyone who walks through our doors. Job Details Competitive base pay: The target starting pay for this position will be at the entry point of the range, at $18.63. Pay range: $18.63 to $21.42 per hour allows our employees room for growth through annual increases and promotion potential. When you'd work: This is a part‑time position, with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of 16 hours per week. Typical shifts will be between Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and/or Saturday, primarily closing with some opening shifts. Shifts will typically be 4 to 5 hours in length. All team members are expected to attend a monthly store meeting.
