Job Title

Job Duties: Vital member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team focused on providing compassionate care through patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness including: coordinating and providing care, conducting nursing assessments, preparing, implementing, and modifying nursing care plans, providing health teaching, counseling, and education to individuals and families, implementing infection control protocols and procedures, and observing and recording individuals' symptoms and care; reporting responses to medications or changes in health.

Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Registered professional Nurse with NYS

Schedule and anticipate length of assignment: See attached schedules

Background check requirements: Required

Vaccination requirements: Measles and Rubella, Screening for Tuberculosis, Seasonal influenza vaccination OR surgical procedural mask required if unvaccinated during the time that influenza is declared prevalent in NY state by the Commissioner of Health. (See attached guidelines).
