Quality Engineer

Quality EngineerThe department Quality Standards & Industrialization is responsible to deploy key preventive quality standards and processes to ensure a right-first time approach when implementing new products or new industrial projects, as well as when updating the existing manufacturing build process. You will be responsible to deliver and maintain some of these preventive quality standards deployment activities. The key mission for this position:Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business, improve quality and customer satisfaction, and reduce costsManage quality projects to meet specific requirements and customer satisfactionSupport projects by facilitating adequate communication with all stakeholdersBe an agent of change to promote quality culture throughout the companyBeing able to investigate and identify risksBe a leader of opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solvingEnsure that all documentation related to the certification of the airplane is in complianceMake changes or improvements to the departments involved to ensure compliance of the aircraftDefine and implement plans (audit, project...)Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlinesEnsure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem resolution processIdentify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectivesOptimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization
