Leasing Sales Representative

Leasing Sales Representative / Commercial Real Estate | Syracuse, NY (Onsite)

$60K–$120K Base + Uncapped Commission

We are partnering with a highly successful commercial real estate firm in search of a Leasing Representative —a true sales role focused on closing deals and shaping top commercial destinations across the US.

In this role, you’ll be out prospecting, pitching, and securing retail, restaurant, and entertainment tenants across a national portfolio.

Qualifications Include:

• 3–5 years of proven sales success (B2B preferred)
• Strong closers
• Comfortable with negotiation + basic financials
• Willing to travel (2–3 nights/week)
