Store Manager

Position Location: Burlington MallThe Store Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a customer centric environment by making customers a priority while driving sales. In addition, the position requires successfully managing the day-to-day store operations, staffing, and inventory management. In this role, you will be challenged to lead a team of dynamic Associates while providing customers with extraordinary service.RESPONSIBILITIESManage sales and expenses to optimize resultsMaintain staffing levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent customer serviceEnsure adequate shift coverage and scheduling to business needs including covering shifts if scheduled Associate is unable to workProvide ongoing and timely feedback to Associates to establish accountabilityDevelop management teamMaintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standardsSupport a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and open communicationDemonstrate clear understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordinglyQUALIFICATIONS5-7 years of experience in retail sales3-5 years in retail managementOpen availability to include nights, weekends, and holidaysEffective customer engagement skillsBasic merchandising and visual skillsHigh level interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to hire, develop, train, and inspire all level of AssociatesAbility to work with minimal direction and supervisionAbility to travel with overnight stayPhysical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder and lift a minimum of 10 poundsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be fluent in English (speak, read, write)Everything But Water offers a competitive compensation package including 401(K) participation, merchandise discounts and additional benefits for eligible Associates.STYLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OBSESSED?
