Bayshore Animal Hospital is seeking an  Associate Veterinarian (DVM)to join our collaborative and welcoming team in  Warrenton, Oregon . We welcome veterinarians at all stages of their careers—from newer graduates seeking mentorship to experienced doctors looking for flexibility, variety, and strong team support.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Competitive base salary: $115,000–$145,000, depending on experience and schedule
\n
• Production bonus

Qualifications

Required

\n
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
\n
• Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
\n
• Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
\n

Preferred

\n
• Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
\n
• Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
\n
• Interest in exotics and wildlife medicine
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
