About the Role
Are you looking for a meaningful career where you can make a direct impact on someone’s life? Just Like Home Care is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers to join our team. We provide high-quality home and community-based services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and dignity at home.

In this role, you will provide a mix of Attendant Care (hands-on personal care) and Home & Community Assistance (homemaking, errands, and companionship).

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care (Attendant Care): Assist clients with essential daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

Home & Community Assistance: Keep the client's environment clean, safe, and organized by managing light housekeeping, laundry, and trash removal.

Nutrition Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to the client’s dietary preferences and restrictions.

Errands & Transportation: Run essential local errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions, ensuring the client has what they need.

Companionship & Care Documentation: Provide meaningful engagement and strictly log completed tasks and daily care notes inside our mobile agency app before checking out of each shift.

What We Are Looking For (Job Requirements)
Reliability: You must arrive on time for all scheduled shifts. Our clients rely on you for their health and daily comfort.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance are required for running client errands; a CPR certificate, TB results, and passing the PCA exam.

Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Experience: Previous caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, or personal/family caregiving) is a major plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates!
