Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness PACE 1040 Sierra Drive Greenwood, Indiana 46143 The PACE Personal Care Attendant provides psychological, physical and emotional support and answers questions as appropriate through exemplary teamwork serving as many seniors as possible with the best quality-of-life in their communities. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays * Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party. * Maintain inventory supplies, sets-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants. * Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation.
